Refund Process

  • Our team will carefully review your request within 7 working days.
  • If your refund request is approved, the amount will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Non-Refundable Services

  • If the client has approved the service milestone.
  • If the project was delayed due to client-side issues, such as incomplete information.
  • For outsourced search engine optimization tasks that require upfront time and resource investment.
  • If the service was delivered as agreed, but the client simply changed their mind.

Refund for Digital Services

Due to the nature of digital marketing services, refunds are only applicable if:

  • The service was not delivered as per the agreed scope.
  • Webastr fails to start the project after payment within the committed timeline.
  • A technical error or duplicate payment was made.

Please note: Services like professional SEO services, link building, or complete SEO services involve dedicated planning and time, so once work begins, refunds are not guaranteed.

If the project has already started, cancellation will not be accepted unless both parties agree in writing.
